Fitness Assessments
The Fitness Assessment is a great place to start any new fitness routine because it provides a comprehensive baseline to measure your progress against. This 60-minute session includes working with a nationally certified Personal Trainer to set realistic fitness goals, receiving input on how best to achieve them, and going thru a series of basic fitness tests. We encourage all of our clients serious about getting results to check in with a Fitness Assessment at least every 90 days. Get your baseline to measure your results!
