Want to kick off your program with a free Fitness Assessment? You can schedule a free Fitness Assessment with one of our certified personal fitness trainers right here! At your session you’ll work with a a member of training team to set three specific and measurable goals, do a few baseline fitness tests, and get the outline of a plan in place to get results. We recommend those that are serious about getting results do a Fitness Assessment every 90 days.
