At 3CLICK Mobile Fitness, we believe that setting and accomplishing your goals is the most important part of your fitness program. Beginning with your initial Fitness Assessment, your Trainer will work with you to set three specific and measurable goals. Your Trainer then builds you a customized fitness program based on your goals and specific needs, ensuring you get the results you want. Every 30 days, your Trainer will measure and assess your improvements, with an opportunity to earn rewards points if monthly goals are achieved.
