my name is francesca wilson my hometown
is brooklyn park and i currently live in
robinsdale minnesota i am a personal
trainer with three click fitness i have
a bachelor’s degree in exercise science
from augsburg university i also have a
personal training certification from the
american council on exercise an
orthopedic exercise specialist cert as
well as a kettlebell certification and a
nutrition coaching certification some of
my hobbies include being outside in
general i love disc golf and then on the
flip side my indoor things i love dance
theater i do some choreography on the
side my specializations as a trainer
include general weight loss and fitness
but also i really specialize in
orthopedic exercise
rehab and prehab for surgery and
injuries as well as fitness for the
elderly my favorite part about personal
training is the little wins every day at
a session when we maybe plank 10 seconds
longer than we planked last time my
proudest moment as a trainer i have a
few times had clients have to go to a
physical therapist for various reasons
and they’ll get to the therapist and do
some assessments with the pt and the
physical therapist will be like wow
you’re really strong we have to do
more difficult exercises than i thought
which always makes me super excited my
favorite part about working with three
click fitness is definitely the team if
i’m ever going on vacation or out for a
day i can trust one of my amazing
co-workers to take a client session and
i know my client will have an amazing
time with that trainer as well for
someone starting a fitness journey
making all these giant plans is great
but if you’re not doing the basics of
getting seven hours of sleep a night
eating your vegetables if you’re not
exercising three days a week right now
you’d be amazed when you do the basics
consistently how well they add
