Alright guys we’re talking about the barbell push press. Great for upper body strength and explosiveness. So I’m going to start with the barbell in the front rack position here, and from here I’m going to squat down just a little bit and use that momentum to push the barbell over head, lowering down to the front rack little pop of the hips, pushing overhead. Now we can do with a little pop or we can do a full squat thruster, squatting down, pressing up overhead.
