Bird-Dog

All right, we’re going to do bird dogs: motor control core stability exercise. So we’re just going to get in a quadruped position, and then alternating opposite side arm and length raise, making your best effort to make your torso completely still as we transition sides and then as we move the arms throughout the body. Don’t go excessively fast, because as you can see, my spine’s kind of moving around there. Just go real slow and try to get as still as possible with the torso. That’s bird-dogs.
