Alright guys today we’re going to review the cable twist. I set the cable machine here to chest height, I have the single handle on here. Take my outside hand, grab the handle, inside hand goes on top. I’m going to stand perpendicular to the cable machine, and with straight arms, I’m going to twist at my torso all the way across, slowly coming back. Making sure I’m not using too much knee action here, I really want to feel it in my core.
