Alright now we’re going to review the goblet squat. We do this with one dumbbell, we call it a goblet squat because we have our palms underneath the dumbbell here and our hands make a shape of a goblet. For our squat we want to have our feet about shoulder width apart, knees always tracking over our feet, and when I go down I want my hips below my knees, keeping a tall chest and then coming straight back up. So again from the side, feet shoulder width, knees over my feet hips get below the knees, staying an upright torso, coming all the way back up.
