So double arm single leg deadlift, we’re going to have two weights, could use dumbbells or barbells, I’m using dumbbells. All we’re doing is getting a slight, maybe a ten-degree bend in the left knee, then come back up. Reset at the top, making sure the back is straight and making sure we’re not grounding at the bottom or anything like that. And if that’s a little to challenging for your balance, you can put your foot, your back toe here. And then that pretty much takes the tension off your right leg, but you’re still going to get your balance. So that’s single arm double leg deadlift.
