Hey guys, this is Aaron from 3Click Fitness. I’m just going to give you a little tip on a great ab move you can do with the stability ball. This is called the stability ball knee tuck, or you can call it stability ball lower body crunch. What we’re going to do is we’re going to put our knees right on the center of the ball. Set up in a plank position, belly button tight to the spine. We’re going to push the knees up and ride the knees in to the elbows and then back down nice and slow. Up to the elbows, down slow. One really important piece of this is that you’re driving down into the ball as you curl in, so you keep those abs engaged through the full range of motion.
