All right, today we’re going to learn a W to I raise on the TRX. This is a great move that focuses on the posture muscles of our upper back, as well as the rotator cuff muscles through our shoulders. So to start with, we’re going to grab our TRX. We’re going to have a double overhand grip. We’re going to set up with our angle. I usually have people count steps, three to four steps tends to be right for this one. We’re going to start by rowing it back, but bringing those hands up by our ears to this W position. Keep those bands super tight as you raise them straight up above the head into an I, back down into a W and release. Again, pulling it back to a W, I, W and then release. The big key with this one is keeping those bands as tight as you possible can the whole time. You do this one right, you’re really going to feel it working through your shoulders, as well as those posture muscles to the upper back.
