What do you love most about working in the fitness industry?

  • I enjoy meeting people and helping them discover their capabilities while working with them to reach their optimal self.

What separates you from others in the fitness industry?

  • Nerdy, geeky, and goals focused

What is your favorite area in fitness and why?

  • My personal favorite style to train myself in is Strength Training, Power Lifting, and Stair Climbing.

What is your favorite training modality?

  • For myself it would be free weights.

What do you consider to be the greatest accomplishment of your life?

  • Ongoing: Raising a quality human

If you had to choose one exercise for somebody to do what would you pick and why?

  • Barbell Burpee Clean Press and Row

What’s your secret to staying in shape?

  • Meal prep and heavy lifting

What’s your favorite workout song?

  • For heavy lifting I usually put on the song Bleed by Meshuggah. Otherwise I’ll listen to albums like Kadinja: Ascendancy, Periphery: Hail Stan, or Carpenter Brut

What are you passionate about? What are your hobbies and interests?

  • Music, Games, Anime, Technology, Drums, Kids

What’s one thing that surprises people about you?

  • Good Question…. Maybe ask some people???

What’s your favorite T.V. show?

  • All of the Dragon Ball Series’

If you could only pick one thing to eat for the rest of your life what would it be?

  • Thin Crust Pizza, red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, red peppers, banana peppers, green olives, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, artichokes, and hot sauce.

If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring 3 things with you what would they be?

  • Large Yacht with amenities 
  • Lots of extra fuel
  • Lots of emergency food and water packs
